CREATING a new way for LG Appliances worldwide to work
First, we distilled the raw heavy technical data. Then we developed Consumer and Sales Collateral for LG’s new washing machine. We assembled a team of designers and writers to convert everything into a single-minded message for consumers and sales people to use. As a result, LG took this work and ran it in every single market — a first for LG.

LUXURY skincare meets customer care
We worked on a variety of seasonal consumer and sales training pieces for Estée Lauder’s Darphin. The skin care and make up line is carried at top-tier retailers such as Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus. Consumer mailers and product sample packages were sent to their customers. Additionally we created a variety of materials to help train sales people about the entire skin care product line.
pioneering work for lg’s latest tech
New technologies require consumer education in addition to a message, so customers understand direct benefits of the product. LG came to us to help them connect to consumers with their Super Mega vacuum cleaner. We did so with a combination of clear benefits supported by imagery of how the technology works and useful tips.

not your average promo for PHOTOGRAPHER, LUDOVIC MOULIN
Mailed to art directors and art buyers at ad agencies, this 40-page small book was edited to showcase 9 different poems as told by Moulin's imagery. Taken over a span of 5 years from various locations around the world, the poems come to life in different ways for different viewers. All images are captured in film and are not manipulated.
